The La Quinta Redevelopment Agency’s Master Plan for SilverRock Resort includes private development consisting of the following components:
Boutique Hotel
A luxurious boutique hotel is planned within the Arnold Palmer Classic Course, offering exceptional amenities and personalized service. The hotel will feature unique architecture, spa and fitness facilities, pools, restaurant and lounge, and conference space.
Feature Hotel
A 4-star quality destination resort hotel is planned just east of the Arnold Palmer Classic Course. The resort hotel will include well-appointed spa/fitness facilities, fine dining, sparkling pools, and a conference center. Casitas units will be located on the adjacent parcels and will provide stunning golf, lake, and mountain views.
Resort Retail
A charming, vibrant retail village will feature unique shops and fine restaurants, and possible second-floor office and residential space. The retail village may include a 7,000-7,500 sq. ft. “Black Box Theater,” which will serve as a multi-purpose theater and additional conference space.
Additional Hotels
Two additional development pads, located in the southern portion of SilverRock Resort, are also reserved for future hotel development.
